Delivery Policy

  3. Final Delivery:
    • Upon completion, the project will be delivered in the agreed format (e.g., uploaded to the client’s hosting server or provided as a downloadable file).
    • Clients will receive all necessary access credentials and documentation.

  4. Delivery Locations:
    • Our services are available globally and can be delivered digitally.

  5. Post-Delivery Support:
    • We provide free support for 30 days after delivery to address any issues.
    • Extended support and maintenance can be availed under a separate agreement.

Exchange and Revision Policy

  1. Eligibility for Revisions:
    • Revisions are included as per the terms outlined in the initial agreement.
    • Additional revisions beyond the agreed terms may incur extra charges.

  2. Revision Process:
    • Clients can request revisions by emailing us at info@splendorsoft.com with detailed feedback.
    • Minor changes are typically completed within 2-3 business days. More extensive changes will be scheduled accordingly.

  3. Conditions for Revisions:
    • Revisions are limited to the scope of the original project. Major changes or additions will be treated as a new project.
    • Requests for revisions must be made within the support period following the delivery.

  4. Non-Refundable Services:
    • Services such as initial consultation fees, hosting setup, and third-party integrations are non-refundable.

  5. Addressing Errors:
    • If errors or issues arise due to our development work, we will correct them free of charge within the agreed support period.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    • Refunds are only applicable if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeline.
    • Refunds are not applicable once the project has been delivered and approved by the client.
  2. Refund Process:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
