  • Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their data and website unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees and may delay project timelines.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are subject to the terms specified in the project agreement.

  • No refunds will be provided for services already rendered or completed.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Splendorsoft is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party tools, hosting providers, or other external factors.

8. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to the terms of the project contract.

  • Upon termination, clients must pay for any work completed up to that point.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Nashik, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms
