1. General Refunds

Refunds will only be provided if the features/services outlined in the agreed-upon scope of work document and quotation are not completed as promised.

2. No Refunds for Completed Projects

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Projects that have been fully completed and delivered to the client.
  • Any work that has already been approved or signed off by the client.

3. Cancellation and Termination

  • No refunds are provided if the project is singned and the project amount is paid by client.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Domain registration, hosting, and third-party software/services.
  • Maintenance or retainer services once initiated.

  • Project details
  • Reason for refund request

Our team will review your request and respond within 14 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
